Document Delivery Service (DDS) delivers book, research reports and audio-visual materials from participating reading rooms/ libraries to required reading rooms/ libraries with free of charge.

Eligible requests are added to a following list.

  1. Lecturers
  2. Staff
  3. Graduate Students

How to submit a request.

  1. Fill out the request form of the document delivery service via the library web site at "http://www.lib.nu.ac.th/weblib/dds/".
  2. Library users can borrow up to five items per a time, which also depend on the lending - borrowing rules for each reading room.
  3. Items or materials are books, research work, thesis and dissertation, and audiovisual media.

Terms and conditions.

  1. If you fill out the sevice request form after 8:00 a.m., then your request will be processed on the next official day.
  2. If the requested items or materials are not picked up within three days, then they will be returned to the owner location.
  3. The library users will receive notice e-mail when their requests are ready for pickup.
  4. All items or materials can be returned at any participating locations, but overdue fine must be paid at the owner location.

Date and Time of Service

  • On Monday thru Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 a.m.
  • Incidentally, the NU Library reserves the right to process the delivery by using the first-request-first-serve method.
